Terms of Service
Last updated: September 22, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and RentCora (“RentCora”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of RentCora. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use RentCora.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your password safe, and for all activity that happens under your account. Contact us at support@rentcora.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Acceptable use
You agree to use RentCora only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the service — for example by attempting to access other users’ data, overloading or probing the platform, scraping it at scale, or using it to send spam or unlawful content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules or that put the service or other users at risk.
Data about your tenants
RentCora stores records about your tenants on your behalf. You are responsible for the personal data you upload about tenants and other people — including having a lawful basis for it, informing them where required, and handling their requests. You are also responsible for how you share invoices: a shared invoice link exposes the tenant name, amounts, and payment history to anyone who has it.
Service availability
We work hard to keep RentCora available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is”. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may interrupt the service for maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Intellectual property
Your data — your properties, tenants, invoices, and documents — belongs to you. You grant us the limited right to store and process it solely to provide the service. The RentCora software, branding, and design remain the property of RentCora.
Disclaimers
RentCora is a record-keeping and invoicing tool. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and it does not make you compliant with any law. Records in RentCora — including invoice and payment records — are entered and managed by you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentCora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using RentCora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms. When your account is deleted, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use RentCora after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
